Sally joined D. W. Simpson & Company as a recruiter in June of 1994, and she is now a Partner with the firm. Prior to joining D.W. Simpson, Sally worked for six years at The First National Bank of Chicago. During that time she worked as a Commercial Account Manager and Business Developer. She was also responsible for internal staff education and training on Individual Retirement Accounts. Sally earned a bachelor's degree in English from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio in 1989. She also received a minor in the History of Art. Sally lives in the city with her husband and children. Her outside interests include golf, weight training and cooking. Her article, "Staying Ahead of the Pack: A Recruiter’s Outlook on Entry-Level Hiring", was published in the June, 1997 issue of the Actuary of the Future. An interview with Sally, "Have Passport. Will Travel.", was published in the June, 1999 issue of the The Future Actuary.
